Self-Referral Process

Our INI Sleep Center allows patients to self refer into our program without a primary care physician sending referral orders.  An advanced practice nurse together with one of our physicians will conduct a consultation at your first appointment to determine if sleep testing is needed.

All insurance plans set up payment and referral policies differently.  It is important that you determine what is required by your insurance carrier to guarantee coverage.  Our staff would be happy to talk with you further about the self-referral process.
